Harmony And Care provide a wide range of therapeutic support services for eligible NDIS participants with access to many skilled and experienced therapists. We can provide specialist therapeutic support to participants with an approved NDIS plan. We provide assessment and tailor an approach to treatment that helps participants achieve their goals and help identify what therapeutic supports you can utilise from each area of your plan.

We aim to improve functional skills and independence to enable participation in daily personal activities so the participants can have a healthy future.  Our specialised therapeutic support helps to enhance your ability to care for yourself, move around safely, and participate in family, school, workplace and community activities.
